Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Site Procurement Manager to lead the site's indirect procurement operations for Amazon Fulfillment Center facilities in Ohio. You will manage suppliers, POs, inventory, and KPI reporting, aligning with site leadership to drive efficiencies.

You will collaborate with Finance and internal teams to track savings, budgets, and category performance while ensuring 3P supplier compliance with contracts and SLAs. This role requires travel to assigned sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Excel or Tableau experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement operations support for fulfillment centers, including managing suppliers, non-inventory labor, flow and space models, cycle counts, inventory management, and procurement transactions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational KPIs, measuring, controlling, and benchmarking procurement processes.
• Develop expertise in non-inventory items and share best practices across similar buildings.
• Build relationships across the network and train Operations, Loss Prevention, PXT, Transportation, Facilities Management, and Safety on procurement processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and internal teams to measure budgets, savings, value and category metrics.
• Assist Finance and internal teams in determining budgets and managing blanket POs.
• Monitor supplier performance using scorecards and audits for 3P suppliers; drive improvements across categories.
• Ensure 3P suppliers comply with site contracts and SLA terms.
• Track savings performance and standardize best practices across the network.
• Partner with AP and internal teams to resolve vendor payment issues.
• Support Procure-to-Pay execution and local sourcing activities.
• Assist GPCS and GPO pillars in procurement spectrum.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
