Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Site Procurement Manager for the Fulfillment Center team. You will bridge centralized Procurement with building leadership, owning indirect procurement, vendor management, PO and inventory oversight, and KPI reporting to drive site efficiencies.

You will lead supplier performance, coach cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with site contracts and SLA terms while partnering with AP to resolve payments and supporting Procure-to-Pay locally.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Excel or Tableau experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement operations support for fulfillment centers, including managing suppliers and procurement transactions.
• Ensure KPIs and benchmarking of procurement processes.
• Develop expertise in non-inventory items and share best practices across buildings.
• Train Operations, Loss Prevention, and other teams on procurement processes.
• Collaborate with Finance to measure savings and category metrics.
• Manage blanket POs and assist with budget targets.
