Amazon.com Services LLC in Ohio is seeking a Site Procurement Manager to bridge centralized procurement with fulfillment operations. You will own the site’s indirect procurement, manage 3P suppliers, POs, and inventory, and lead KPI reporting to drive efficiencies at the site level.

This role requires coordinating with Finance, Operations, and Facilities across multiple sites, tracking savings, and ensuring contractual compliance. Regular travel is required within the region.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with vendor or supplier relationship management is a plus.
• Experience in procurement is a plus.
• Experience with project management is a plus.
• Experience in Coupa or other financial management/procurement software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement operations support for fulfillment centers, including managing suppliers (goods and services), non-inventory labor, flow and space models, cycle counts, inventory management, and procurement transactions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational KPIs, working with the non-inventory team to measure, control, and benchmark procurement processes.
• Develop expertise in non-inventory items and collaborate with similar buildings to implement best practices.
• Build relationships across the network, ensuring the sharing and implementation of best practices.
• Work with internal teams, Finance, and Procurement Operations to understand budgetary targets and establish methods for measuring savings, value, and category metrics.
• Assist Finance and internal teams in determining budgets and managing blanket POs.
• Monitor supplier performance using tools such as supplier scorecards and Global Audit Tools for 3P suppliers.
• Collaborate with Category and Global Supplier Management to drive improvements across categories like janitorial, food service, pest control, landscaping, snow removal, water coolers, PPE, and waste management.
• Ensure 3P suppliers comply with site-level contracts and service terms, including SLA response times.
• Track and measure savings performance, developing action plans to meet goals and reduce waste in FC procurement processes.
• Standardize best practices across the network.
• Collaborate with both internal teams and suppliers to develop innovative procurement solutions that support Operations.
• Implement methods to track supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with AP, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve vendor payment issues promptly.
• Support Procure-to-Pay execution and local sourcing activities to meet business needs.
