Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Site Procurement Manager for the Fulfillment Center network in Minnesota. You will bridge centralized Procurement with building leadership, owning the site's indirect procurement, vendor management, PO management, and inventory control to drive efficiency.

You will lead supplier performance, collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Safety, and develop savings metrics while ensuring contract compliance and timely payments across 3P suppliers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Excel or Tableau experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement operations support for fulfillment centers, including suppliers, non-inventory labor, and procurement transactions.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs and benchmarks for procurement processes.
• Develop expertise in non-inventory items and share best practices across buildings.
• Build relationships across the network and train Ops, Loss Prevention, Transportation, Facilities, and Safety on procurement processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and internal teams to measure savings and budget targets.
• Monitor supplier performance with scorecards and audits for 3P suppliers.
• Ensure 3P suppliers comply with site contracts and SLA terms.
• Track savings and drive continuous improvement across procurement.
• Support Procure-to-Pay execution and local sourcing activities.
