Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC - A57 is hiring a Site Procurement Manager for the Fulfillment Center team in San Marcos, TX. You will bridge centralized Procurement with building leadership, owning the site’s indirect procurement operations, including vendor management, PO management, and inventory control.

You will lead KPI reporting and drive efficiencies at the site level. You will collaborate with Finance and internal teams to track savings and budgets, manage 3P suppliers, and ensure contract

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Excel or Tableau experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement operations support for fulfillment centers, including managing suppliers, non-inventory labor, flow and space models, cycle counts, inventory management, and procurement transactions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational KPIs, working with the non-inventory team to measure, control, and benchmark procurement processes.
• Develop expertise in non-inventory items and collaborate with similar buildings to implement best practices.
• Build relationships across the network, including training Operations, Loss Prevention, PXT, Transportation, Facilities Management, and Safety on procurement processes.
