Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in North Randall, OH is seeking a Site Procurement Manager to bridge centralized Procurement with building leadership, owning the site’s indirect procurement, PO management, and inventory control.

You will lead supplier performance, develop KPI reporting, and drive efficiencies with Operations and Finance while ensuring contract and SLA compliance across 3P providers. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Excel or Tableau experience (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivots).
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement operations support for fulfillment centers, including managing suppliers and procurement transactions.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs and benchmark procurement processes.
• Develop expertise in non-inventory items and share best practices across buildings.
• Train Operations, Loss Prevention, and other teams on procurement processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement Operations to track budgets and savings.
