Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Center seeks a Site Procurement Manager to bridge centralized Procurement with building leadership. You own indirect procurement at the site, manage 3P suppliers, POs, and inventory, and drive savings and KPI reporting.

You’ll train and align teams across Operations, Finance, and Safety to optimize procurement processes. You will travel regularly to assigned sites, support Procure-to-Pay, and collaborate with Global Procurement to implement best practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• 3+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience.
• Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement operations support for fulfillment centers, including managing suppliers, non-inventory labor, flow and space models, cycle counts, inventory management, and procurement transactions.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, and measure, control, and benchmark procurement processes.
• Develop expertise in non-inventory items and share best practices across buildings.
• Build relationships across the network, training Operations, Loss Prevention, Transportation, Facilities, and Safety on procurement processes.
• Collaborate with Finance to understand budgets and measure savings, value, and category metrics.
• Assist with budgets and blanket POs in coordination with internal teams.
• Monitor supplier performance using scorecards and audits; drive improvements across categories like janitorial, food service, pest control, and more.
• Ensure 3P supplier compliance with site contracts and SLA terms.
• Track savings performance and develop action plans to reduce waste in FC procurement.
• Collaborate to develop procurement solutions that support Operations.
• Implement methods to track supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with AP and suppliers to resolve payment issues promptly.
