Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Manager, Site Business Enablement to support cross-site value generation within Operations Procurement, focusing on efficiency, cost avoidance, and productivity improvements. You will partner with site and functional stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities that deliver measurable impact across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in procurement, operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills.
• Experience with category management, spend optimization, or catalog strategy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute cross-site value generation and harmonization opportunities.
• Drive alignment, adoption, and implementation of priority initiatives with stakeholders.
• Analyze spend, process, and data to identify efficiency, cost avoidance and performance improvements.
• Lead tail spend optimization through spend analysis and solution implementation.
• Enable expansion and adoption of catalog strategies to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to operational excellence through process improvements and standardization.
• Manage change initiatives and ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
• Monitor project progress, track benefits, and communicate risks and dependencies to leadership.
• Develop scalable, repeatable approaches to enhance cross-site operational consistency.
• Contribute to P&L impact through savings and value realization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
