Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement, operations, supply chain, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data synthesis abilities.
• Experience with spend analysis, process improvement, or category management support.
• Effective written and verbal communication across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-site value generation and harmonization initiatives.
• Gather data to analyze spend, processes, and operations to surface opportunities.
• Develop business cases, opportunity assessments, and decision-ready recommendations.
• Coordinate milestones, benefits realization, risks, and dependencies for initiatives.
• Support tail spend optimization through data gathering and tracking outcomes.
• Contribute to catalog strategies, adoption activities, and corrective action planning.
• Assist change management with communications and training logistics.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and standardization efforts.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to track progress and value delivery.
• Collaborate with site procurement, category leads, and strategy teams.
