Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering or other technical area.
• Graduate degree or MBA preferred.
• 6 years management experience in device manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering leadership.
• Fluent in English (Verbal and writing).
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in a global cross-functional team.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the safety of everyone on site and effective EH&S programs.
• Directs and supervises management personnel for manufacturing operations and across functions.
• Manages performance and development of staff including appraisals.
• Ensures compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO and company policies.
• Manages site budgets, headcount, expenses, and capital.
• Collaborates with distribution and supply chain to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
