Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Plant Manager for its Prospect, Connecticut site that manufactures CNC-machined medical devices for Ablation surgeries. You will lead safety, quality, budgeting, and cross-functional initiatives to meet site objectives and Integra culture values.

The role requires 6+ years in device manufacturing leadership, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and strong communication across global teams. MBA or graduate degree preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field is required.
• Graduate degree or MBA is preferred.
• 6 years of management experience in device manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure site safety and effective EH&S programs.
• Direct and supervise manufacturing operations and cross-functions.
• Manage staff performance, development, and appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, FDA, GMP, ISO, and housekeeping.
• Lead staffing, training, and succession planning.
• Oversee site budgets, headcount, expenses, and capital.
