Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Prospect, Connecticut site. You will oversee manufacturing operations for CNC-machined medical devices, drive safety, quality, and operational performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet site objectives.

The role reports to senior management and directs a team of supervisors and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a technical engineering degree, 6+ years in OEM/manufacturing leadership, and strong Lean/Six

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other technical area is required.
• Graduate degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of management experience in device manufacturing, supply chain or engineering leadership.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site safety and effective EH&S programs.
• Direct and supervise manufacturing operations and across functions.
• Manage performance, development, and appraisals of staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, GMP/ISO standards.
• Oversee budgets, headcount, expenses and capital projects.
• Coordinate with distribution and supply chain to meet production schedules.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement programs.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability and compliant operations.
