You will work on projects, build professional relationships, and report progress to your supervisor. Ideal candidates are enrolled in undergrad or pursuing an MBA with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in undergrad studies or pursuing a master's in supply chain, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering and other engineering majors or MBA.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill tasks, projects, and deliverables assigned by supervisor with high engagement and detailed focus.
• Develop professional relationships with colleagues, fellow interns, and any Elanco employee you may interact with.
• Ensure strong communication with supervisor and leadership via regular check-ins and continual reporting on project progress.
• Build your understanding of Elanco's growing role in the animal health industry.
