Job summary

Umicore, a global advanced materials and recycling group, is seeking a dedicated professional in Pasadena, TX to support General P&O and HRIS operations within our Fuel Cell and Stationary Catalysts division. This role focuses on delivering high-quality outputs, data integrity, and proactive risk identification in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will collaborate across functions, mentor teammates, and help optimize processes and data flows to support zero-emission mobility

Responsibilities

• Delivers expert work in General P&O with high quality and timeliness, applying best practices and standards.
• Owns complex tasks in Human Resources Information System (HRIS), data entry, producing accurate outputs and identifying risks or anomalies proactively.
• Analyzes problems, recommends options, and implements improvements in methods, tools, or data flows.
• Collates with adjacent teams and stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations clearly.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes and knowledge sharing.
• Mentors less experienced colleagues, reviewing deliverables and elevating team standards.
