Job summary

Umicore is seeking a HR professional to support P&O operations for the North America region. You will manage learning administration, document HR processes in DocuSign, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve services. A degree in HR and experience with P&O technologies are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with P&O technologies (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, DocuSign) is beneficial; knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform P&O operations to defined levels of quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Support Learning & Development administration and training needs analysis for the NA region.
• Oversee DocuSign to support HR-related processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with site-level stakeholders to support process improvements and service delivery.
