Job summary

Umicore in Pasadena, TX is seeking an HRIS/Generalist professional to support general HR operations and data management. You will handle HRIS tasks, data entry, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely outputs while identifying risks and driving improvements.

Collaborating across functions, you will communicate insights, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in a dynamic, global materials and recycling group.
