Job summary

Landmarc Support Services is seeking a Site Operative at Halton Training Camp to maintain the training estate by cleaning accommodation blocks, offices and facilities, and performing basic grounds maintenance. You will work to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable site for Armed Forces training.

The role requires general housekeeping knowledge, health and safety awareness, and the ability to complete documentation.

Qualifications

General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge.
Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
Ability to complete documentation.
Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet.
Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence due to the rural location of this site (essential)

Responsibilities

Looking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose
Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions, shower blocks etc.
Perform general cleaning tasks such as, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
General building maintenance
Basic grounds maintenance
Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
