Job summary

Yeo Valley Organic is seeking a Site Maintenance Hygiene Operative to perform cleaning across the warehouse and assist Maintenance Technicians with repairs. You will ensure compliance with health and safety and environmental regulations, and work closely with site and central teams to quickly complete repairs.

The role is Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, demanding practical hands-on upkeep and proactive communication.

Qualifications

Experience maintaining high standard Health & Safety practices.
Experience with cleaning best practices and standards.
Basic IT literacy including PEMAC maintenance software.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Strong numeracy and literacy.
Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Operate within procedures defined in the Quality Management System.
Meet SHE legal and environmental targets when completing tasks.
Maintain high level of site cleanliness using CMMS/ PEMAC and interact with stores and spares.
Complete routines and schedules per planned maintenance hygiene requirements.
Prioritize tasks to minimize downtime and operational impact.
Deliver high standards of maintenance hygiene work.
Complete all tasks and training as required by the business.
Collaborate with other teams to manage tasks.
Understand performance measures and personal contribution.
