About The Role

We are seeking a proactive Site Operations Specialist to support logistics operations for oversized and specialized cargo at client sites. This position plays a critical role in coordinating delivery schedules, communicating with vendors and clients, and ensuring all logistics activities run smoothly, safely, and on time. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in warehousing or trucking and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Site Operations Manager with scheduling and coordination of equipment and OOG (Over-Sized, Over-Weight) deliveries
• Monitor logistics activities for compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Serve as a point of contact for clients to gather requirements and resolve logistics issues
• Coordinate closely with warehouse teams, drivers, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Address and troubleshoot any delivery or unloading challenges; implement contingency plans as needed
• Keep accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics processes
• Submit regular performance and incident reports
• Participate in safety audits and team training sessions to maintain high operational standards
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or trucking operations
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
• Familiarity with safety protocols and logistics compliance standards
• Experience with international shipments and customs processes (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Korean bilingual
