Job summary

FNS, Inc. is seeking a logistics supervisor in Queen Creek, AZ to oversee daily truck delivery schedules and field operations. You will coordinate drivers, warehouse staff, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least two years in logistics or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. Bilingual English and Korean proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, trucking operations, cargo project management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily truck delivery schedules, assignments, and team performance to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure timely completion of deliveries and address on-site operational issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports, including trucker activity, project milestones, and delivery status.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain detailed logs of cargo movements and on-site activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and drivers to ensure smooth on-site operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any issues.
• Monitor safety compliance and adherence to project guidelines.

Base salary range: $60,000 - $73,000 per year (dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills).
