Job summary

EmployBridge seeks an Onsite Manager in Greencastle, PA to supervise daily staff operations and ensure timely, accurate delivery of client goods and services. This contract role focuses on employee relations, coaching, performance reviews, and on-site safety training while aligning with client expectations and service quality.

The ideal candidate will lead staffing activities, manage payroll details, and generate reports for the client, while fostering strong supervisor and associate

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating staffing and HR activities at a client site.
• Proven ability to coach, review performance, and facilitate employee relations.
• Strong communication and data management skills for reports and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and develop value-added services.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing and hiring.
• Maintain timekeeping, payroll, and invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance and other reports.
• Manage onsite employee relations including reviews and exits.
• Conduct orientation and safety training.
• Participate in service reviews and act as liaison with the client.
• Deliver superior customer service and build client relationships.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
