Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Site Operations in West Memphis, AR for 1st shift, 7:00am–3:30pm. You will oversee the facility’s operation, including order fulfillment, shipping/receiving and inventory control, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will hire and develop staff, manage schedules and attendance, ensure equipment utilization and safety, and drive improvement initiatives to meet contract metrics and quality standards across functions.

Qualifications

5+ years in supply chain, warehousing or distribution
5+ years managerial/supervisory experience
Experience with MS Office and scanner equipment
Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends

Responsibilities

Oversee site operations including order fulfillment, shipping/receiving and inventory control
Hire, train and evaluate staff in coordination with HR
Maintain schedules, attendance and workload allocations
Ensure equipment utilization and maintenance coordination
Uphold 7S Workplace Organization and safety procedures
Manage stock levels with staff oversight
Meet contract metrics and drive operational efficiency
Support quality management across functions
