Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Site Operations to oversee warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping/receiving and inventory control, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply chain or warehousing, strong leadership, MS Office and WMS experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Bachelor's degree preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, warehousing or distribution
• Minimum 5 years managerial/supervisory experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and personnel activities in the facility and ensure safe, clean and efficient operation
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff, in collaboration with HR
• Maintain work schedules and assignments; manage attendance
• Ensure efficient use of equipment and coordinate maintenance
• Maintain 7S standards and safety procedures
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with staff on inventory
• Ensure contract metrics and quality management system procedures are followed
• Focus on productivity, quality and safety in line with company and customer needs
