SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Manager for our Tarrytown, NY location. The role directs company programs, implements policy, and ensures contract compliance between SBM and customers.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, coordinating with customers and contractors, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Travel to various sites may be required. Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field with 2–5 years of experience.
• May require a valid driver's license.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for safety, quality, and service.
• Manage budgets, labor hours, overhead, and expenses.
• Coordinate contracts, proposals, and data reporting.
• Communicate with customers, clients, and employees.
• Ensure site meets budget goals and company policies.
• Drive to multiple work locations as needed.
• Oversee safety and regulatory compliance.
