• 2+ years manufacturing management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish the highest standards of operation from housekeeping to safety and maintenance.
• Provide leadership to staff and direct all operational activities to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Ensure safety compliance with company standards and safety programs.
• Leverage tools to implement process improvements and drive performance.
• Procure and negotiate raw materials and manage logistics to meet production demand.
• Implement and sustain a preventive maintenance program.
• Be responsible for financial performance (P&L, budget, forecast, inventory, labor, capital).
