Job summary

Volvo Group's Mack Trucks division seeks a Site Manager to lead daily operations at a DEX Heavy Duty Parts site in the US. You will translate network priorities into clear goals, manage warehousing, remanufacturing, and maintenance, and drive safety, quality, and cost performance.

You will lead a site operations team, champion lean initiatives, and deliver measurable results across delivery, cost, cash flow, and people while upholding Volvo values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, operations, accounting, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of plant/site management experience in automotive/heavy equipment/manufacturing/remanufacturing or related industries.
• 10+ years in operations/manufacturing/remanufacturing preferred; 7+ years of management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily operations at an assigned DEX Heavy Duty Parts site.
• Manages warehousing, inventory, shipping/receiving, dismantling, remanufacturing, and maintenance.
• Ensures delivery of products and core processes safely and to quality standards.
• Converts network strategy and expectations into site goals.
• Leads site management team and drives continuous improvement with lean practices.
• Prepares site-level reporting and supports governance reviews.
