Job summary

KBR Government Solutions seeks a Site Manager to oversee a KBR and subcontracted workforce serving TACOM at Watervliet Arsenal, NY. You will act as the primary interface with contracting officials and ensure project execution within budget and compliance requirements.

The role requires a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain SECRET clearance, a relevant degree, and 5+ years of leadership experience in a DoD context. On-site work at WVA is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, Production Management, Operations Management, or Business Management or engineering field.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field with 5+ years in a management or supervisory capacity.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contracting officers and site officials.
• Lead a workforce of ~25–30+ employees and manage subcontractors.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015, safety, and KBR Performance Excellence compliance.
