Job summary

KBR Government Solutions seeks a Site Manager to oversee RRAD operations near Texarkana, TX. The role manages 500-800+ employees and a subcontract workforce within a Government Owned, Government Operated environment.

Reporting to RRAD Senior Program Manager, responsibilities include safety, policy compliance and performance reporting to the customer. In-person work at RRAD is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics/operations/engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience in a related field with 5 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
• Must obtain and maintain SECRET clearance; in-person RRAD Texarkana, TX deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Point of Contact for contracting officers and site officials on RRAD operations.
• Enforce policies including COBC, Health Safety and Environmental compliance; uphold Zero Harm culture.
• Monitor project performance and report to PMO and customer with dashboards and metrics.
• Manage manpower and subcontract workforce to approved levels and budgets.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance and administer KBR management systems across the program.
