Job summary

KBR Government Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to join our team at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama. The Site Manager serves as the KBR Manager at ANAD, overseeing a labor force of 200-300+ employees supplementing a government workforce in a Government Owned, Government Operated environment.

This on-site role reports to the RRAD Senior Program Manager and requires managing a large workforce, ensuring safety, ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and delivering on-time, within-budget performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Operations/Business or engineering; DoD contracting experience preferred.
• Eight years in related field with five years in management or supervision.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance and base access; in-person work at RRAD Texarkana, TX.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for contracting officers and site officials.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with COBC, Health Safety, and ISO standards.
• Monitor project performance, submit CDRLs, and manage budgets and staffing.
• Lead a large workforce, including subcontractors, at ANAD and related sites.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with PMO and customers.
• Plan and manage deliverables, schedules, and reporting; ensure audits and records.
