Job summary

Clean Team is seeking a dedicated PM Site Manager for on-site leadership in Mansfield/Lexington. You will lead daily operations, directly manage a team of cleaners, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure top quality, safety, and presentation.

This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction. You will train and coach staff, monitor schedules, manage supplies and budgets, and report to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and training others.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage others.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with technology such as cell phones and computers.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support a team of cleaners to ensure high performance and morale.
• Manage and verify daily and nightly cleaning schedules and tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards and identify improvements.
• Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Monitor labor hours and costs to stay within budget.
• Enforce compliance with uniform and PPE policies.
• Serve as the primary on-site client contact and address requests or issues.
• Prepare and submit daily operational recap reports to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee end-of-shift security procedures, ensuring proper arming and securing of the building.
