Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead operations at a world‑class workforce accommodations facility. You will direct daily site operations, oversee staffing, budgeting, and client relationships as the facility scales from hundreds to thousands of rooms.

The role requires strong hospitality operations experience, financial acumen, and hands-on leadership in fast-growing environments. This is a full‑time on‑site position at a multi‑room workforce accommodation project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality or accommodations management, preferably large-scale facilities.
• Senior operational leadership with multiple service streams accountability.
• Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or related discipline.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and facilities management systems.
• Ownership mindset with customer service focus and responsiveness.
