Job summary

Dexterra Group seeks a Site Manager to oversee a rapidly growing workforce accommodations project. Based at a world-class facility, you will lead daily operations, scale staffing, and ensure top-tier hospitality and safety standards as rooms scale from 500 to over 4,000.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, and client relationships while guiding multiple service streams through rapid growth and high complexity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality or accommodations management, ideally large-scale
• Senior operational leadership with multiple service streams
• Post-secondary education in business or hospitality
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and hospitality/facilities management systems
• Ownership mindset with customer service focus
• Experience leading teams through scale-up and fast growth

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for daily site operations and long-term performance
• Ensure high client and guest satisfaction with hospitality services
• Enforce Dexterra standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management in collaboration with HR
• Deliver financial oversight: revenue forecasting, budgeting, cost control
• Develop staffing plans aligned with client forecasts and demand
• Ensure profitability and adherence to budgets
• Provide direction and delegation for smooth operations across departments
• Act as the primary client relationship owner and operational lead
