Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Site Manager in Belgium to lead warehousing and distribution operations with full P&L accountability. You will stabilize and renew the site, engage employees, and partner with customers and sales to identify growth opportunities.

A strong commercial mindset and leadership are essential for sustainable site profitability. You will work with international teams and drive Lean initiatives, safety, and regulatory compliance while developing the site leadership and capabilities

Qualifications

Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive sustainable changes.
Proven experience as Site Manager/Operations Manager in warehousing, logistics, or fulfilment operations.
Strong financial acumen with ability to act on performance data.

Responsibilities

Take full P&L accountability for the site and monitor performance and costs.
Lead the site through stabilisation and renewal, prioritising resources.
Rebuild engagement and morale with clear, visible leadership.
Develop relationships with customers and work with sales to identify growth opportunities.
Lead warehouse and distribution operations ensuring health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Drive Lean, optimise operations, and improve service and profitability.
Coach and develop site teams, support capability building and succession planning.
