Job summary

Phoenix Global is seeking a Scrap Processing Site Manager for Fort Smith, AR. The role oversees daily operations in a high- risk, industrial setting, coordinating assets and personnel to meet customer needs safely and efficiently.

The Site Manager reports to the Regional Director and drives profitability, contract adherence, and continuous improvement across metal recovery and plant operations at the site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 site operations to maximize equipment utilization and service quality.
• Ensure contract terms are met and communicate with mill personnel and management.
• Develop site personnel and management to improve performance and retention.
• Drive profitability and manage site budgets to deliver net profits.
• Establish positive relations with vendors and lessors.
• Lead metal recovery plant operations to achieve planned uptime.
