Job summary

The Pompano Beach Operations Director will provide site leadership for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost across manufacturing operations in Florida. This role is part of the Power Conversion and Controls Leadership team and partners with cross‑functional groups to meet strategic objectives.

You will oversee EHS, Facilities and Manufacturing Operations, drive improvements, and support New Product Introduction through the factory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Business from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 8 years of technical or operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide site leadership for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Oversee EHS, facilities, maintenance and manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Sourcing and programs to meet milestones.
• Drive New Product Introduction design for manufacturing through delivery of milestones.
