Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions seeks a Site Manager to support the Metro Detroit area. You will oversee site teams, maintain client satisfaction, and coordinate operations to meet KPIs and quality standards.

You will work with Sales, HR, and Operations to optimize service delivery, manage costs, and ensure safety and compliance across the site. A background in manufacturing or automotive quality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and local language.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Work Instruction Writing.
• Strong communication, organization, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage projects to completion.
• Ability to travel up to ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of TRIGO on the site(s) and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop business with existing clients and assist with quotations with Sales support.
• Provide site information for quotations and opportunities to Sales.
• Monitor and improve site performance to meet KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QMS and health & safety policies.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure staff qualifications for site workloads.
