• Manage the daily site operations across talent development, safety, manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution to meet targets.
• Oversee MSO P&L with emphasis on cost reduction and efficiency.
• Develop site metrics for cost, service, and quality; align with the site model.
• Lead a matrix-driven organization with cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement and expansion of operational activities.
