Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. in Lenexa, Kansas seeks a Site Leader to oversee the overall operational performance of a multi-functional facility, guiding warehousing, fulfillment, inventory, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a matrix organization, develop people, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and capital plans, and partner with business leaders to align site priorities and deliver safe, cost-efficient, high-quality operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline; Master's degree a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in Operations Management in Warehousing, Distribution or Manufacturing.
• 3+ years of management experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and change-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations including safety, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution to meet targets.
• Manage site P&L with a continuous focus on cost reduction and efficiency.
• Develop site metrics on cost, service, and quality aligned with HS manufacturing models.
• Lead a matrix organization with clear direction across functions.
• Drive standards, consolidation, and expansion projects to enable growth.
