US Med-Equip seeks an Operations Manager to provide leadership for site operations, ensuring service excellence, safety, and team development. This role manages local teams and partners with regional leadership to drive strategic initiatives and sustain a patient-centered operating culture.

The position requires 5+ years of multi-site operations experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of medical equipment industry metrics and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• B.A. or B.S. degree and/or at least 5 years of multi-site management experience with business operations
• Proven remote-management abilities
• Understanding of the medical equipment industry
• Outstanding listening, communications, collaboration, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and direction for all site operations, including Delivery, Pickup, Safety, and Inventory.
• Manage and develop Operations team, can include Supervisors and Leads, to ensure strong team performance and growth.
• Oversee operational planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.
• Ensure site compliance with all safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Review and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage labor utilization and expense control to meet financial and service objectives.
• Drive operational consistency through process standardization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead site-level audits, investigations, and performance reviews.
• Partner with the Regional Director to implement strategic initiatives and performance goals.
• Build leadership depth through succession planning and mentorship of emerging talent.
• Communicate clearly with customers and regional teams regarding operational priorities and outcomes.
• Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the operation.
• Additional duties as assigned.
