Job summary

US Med-Equip is seeking an Operations Manager to provide leadership for site operations, driving service excellence, safety, and team development. You will manage local teams, including Supervisors and Leads, to ensure operational consistency and financial discipline in line with organizational goals.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-site management and a strong focus on continuous improvement, patient-centered service, and collaboration with regional teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and at least 5 years of multi-site management experience with business operations.
• Proven remote-management abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all site operations, including Delivery, Pickup, Safety, and Inventory.
• Manage and develop Operations team, including Supervisors and Leads, to ensure strong team performance and growth.
• Oversee operational planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.
• Ensure site compliance with all safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Review and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage labor utilization and expense control to meet financial and service objectives.
• Drive operational consistency through process standardization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead site-level audits, investigations, and performance reviews.
• Partner with the Regional Director to implement strategic initiatives and performance goals.
• Build leadership depth through succession planning and mentorship of emerging talent.
• Communicate clearly with customers and regional teams regarding operational priorities and outcomes.
• Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the operation.

The Operations Manager provides overall leadership and direction for site operations, ensuring service excellence, safety, and team development. This role manages local teams, can include other Supervisors and Leads, to achieve operational consistency, financial discipline, and alignment with organizational goals.

The Operations Manager is accountable for operational consistency, partner satisfaction, and team development across their span of control. This position drives both strategic direction and execution, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and patient-centered service in alignment with USME’s mission to support front-line healthcare.

Job Responsibilities

• Leads 9 or more total staff or multiple locations / operational teams.

Qualifications: Education/Experience Requirements

B.A. or B.S. Degree and/or at least 5 years of multi-site management experience with business operations
