Job summary

Freight Breakers in Ocala, Florida is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and distribution center. This full-time role demands hands-on leadership, a focus on safety, and a track record of building high-performing teams to meet customer expectations.

You will manage labor, quality, and KPIs while fostering engagement across shifts and sites. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, flexibility, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• 3PL experience is preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal leadership teams.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and operational performance.
• Monitor and achieve customer KPIs across all functional areas.
• Ensure compliance with all company and customer policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates.
