Job summary
Freight Breakers LLC in Ocala, FL is seeking a Warehouse Lead for loading and unloading operations. You will guide teams, ensure safe, efficient freight movement, and maintain accurate scanning and labor alignment to daily goals.
This full-time role offers 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts, Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday, with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $19/hour, plus growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous lead or supervisor experience preferred.
- Experience in loading, unloading, freight handling, or distribution operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams handling freight, cartons, and boxed merchandise.
- Monitor conveyor systems to ensure safe and efficient freight movement.
- Assign work and manage labor to meet production goals.
- Enforce safety standards and company policies.
- Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
- Track productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
- Communicate daily goals and performance expectations.
- Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
- Maintain professional communication with facility leadership and management.
