The ideal candidate has an engineering or business degree, MBA preferred, and 10+ years of heavy manufacturing leadership with cross-functional experience; travel up to 50% in the first 60–90 days is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of heavy manufacturing leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience in warehouse management and SOP development preferred.
• Greenfield/startup experience strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead, direct and coordinate all manufacturing functions (production, warehouse, planning, engineering, safety, maintenance, quality, and others).
• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for better site performance and efficiency.
• Lead high-performance work teams and build a bench of future leaders.
• Maintain a safe work environment and hold roles accountable for safety.
• Coach and mentor leaders with regular feedback and growth plans.
• Set clear performance expectations and align with division strategy.
• Interface with Planning/Sales to meet customer orders and improve quality and machine efficiency.
