Job summary

Agape Care LLC seeks a Site Manager to oversee daily operations of homes and day centers, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to Ohio DODD standards. You will manage staff, staffing coverage, and on-call needs while promoting Legendary Service and strong teamwork.

You will supervise staff, ensure EVV and documentation compliance, and collaborate with families and leadership to deliver person-centered programming across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DODD rules and compliance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
• Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned homes and day centers.
• Ensure staffing ratios are maintained and schedules are followed.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and staff development.
• Ensure EVV, documentation and audits are compliant.
• Maintain health, safety, and well-being of consumers.
• Communicate with families and leadership; participate in meetings.
