Qualifications

• Must have janitorial or custodial experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to train, motivate, and develop employees.
• Clear and effective communication; basic English proficiency.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of janitorial staff.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas for cleanliness and client satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and support employees on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety.
• Assign duties and adjust staffing to meet operational needs.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; request replenishments.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment.
• Address employee concerns and escalate to management.
• Respond to customer requests and service concerns.
• Complete inspection and incident reports; ensure OSHA compliance.
