Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of progressively responsible work experience in janitorial or related custodial work.
• At least one year of the work experience must have been comparable in nature and scope to the Building and Grounds Custodian II in State service.
• Evidence of supervisory aptitude.
• Valid driver's license at time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in routine manual work tasks in cleaning and maintaining buildings, surrounding grounds and walkways; and simple building maintenance and repair work.
