Job summary

Ataero is seeking Site Operations Manager(s) for Redstone Arsenal/Huntsville, Alabama. The role provides on-site leadership for centralized distribution activities and oversees the analytics workforce to meet contract requirements.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in physical logistics or analytics, 3+ years in a DoD setting, and a Secret clearance. Position supports mission-critical operations at the Redstone Arsenal/Huntsville site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Seven years of experience in physical logistics or leading analytical teams at the assigned site.
• Three or more years of leadership experience in a DoD environment.
• Must possess a Secret government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily site operations, workforce assignments, workload balancing, schedule execution, and contract compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate personnel, ensure staffing, coverage, training, and readiness.
• Ensure personnel understand responsibilities, performance standards, safety and quality expectations.
• Track performance, identify risks, remove obstacles, and escalate issues to the Program Manager.
• Implement quality-control procedures and validate timeliness and accuracy of work products.
• Support root-cause analysis and action plan development and monitoring.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, contractor leadership, and site personnel for responsive support.
• Maintain compliance with Army, installation, security, safety, and operational requirements.
• Prepare and communicate site-status information, staffing updates, performance results, risks, and actions.
• Lead analytics teams performing logistics analysis, data analysis, modeling, reporting, visualization, and process improvement.
• Coordinate the work of Senior Logistics Analysts, Senior Data Analysts, and others.
• Ensure analytical products are accurate, timely, properly documented, and responsive to requirements.
