Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation’s Cape Fox Federal Integrators, LLC seeks a Site Operations Manager to oversee Redstone Arsenal analytical operations in Huntsville, AL. You will lead analytical teams under PWS 2.5.6, coordinating tasks and ensuring timely, quality support for contract requirements.

The role requires DoD operational leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, and an active Secret clearance, with full authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience leading analytical teams or managing complex analytical efforts.
• Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience supporting DoD operations, programs, contracts, or mission requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate across stakeholders.
• Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of all analytical teams in accordance with PWS 2.5.6.
• Lead complex analytical efforts, including planning, task coordination, quality review, reporting, and delivery of analytical support.
• Direct Huntsville site workforce, assign priorities, monitor task execution, and ensure safe and effective PWS performance.
• Coordinate with Government personnel, CORs, stakeholders, and leadership to resolve issues and maintain uninterrupted support.
• Ensure operations meet time standards, reporting requirements, and customer service expectations.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and tracking tools for analytical activities.
