ProLog, Inc. is seeking a Site Operations Manager for Analytical Operations to lead analytics, data science, and software integration efforts supporting AMCOM SCMD at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

You will direct multi-disciplinary teams and ensure delivery of predictive modeling products and decision support. The role requires strong leadership, 7+ years in analytics, and 3+ years in DoD environments, with SECRET clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain analytics or leading technical teams.
• 3+ years leading DoD/U.S. Army–environment teams.
• SECRET clearance eligibility required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for analytics and software teams at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
• Direct data modeling, analytics, and reporting efforts under PWS requirements.
• Ensure PRS performance metrics: turnaround time and error rate targets.
• Oversee dashboards and executive briefings (Power BI/Tableau).
• Coordinate with AMCOM ALC SCMD leaders and Program Manager.
