Job summary

UIC Government Services and the Bowhead Family of Companies seeks Site Supervisors to oversee maintenance and production operations at Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, TX and Watervliet Arsenal in Watervliet, NY. The role ensures mission readiness and strict DoD compliance while directing personnel and daily activities on-site.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance/production programs, budgeting, performance tracking, and liaison with installation officials; salary targets are $70,000

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, directing coordinating and evaluating maintenance operations.
• Minimum ten (10) years of management experience in Army maintenance/production and logistics operations.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience with financial management and Army Depot Information Systems.
• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years’ documented management experience managing 50+ personnel both directly and indirectly with or in support of the US military

Responsibilities

• Formulation and accomplishment of the annual execution plan for maintenance/production on assigned systems.
• Plan and organize operations, develop proposals for procedures, oversee budgeting and logistics programs.
• Review programs for adequacy, identify deviations and negotiate corrective actions.
• Initiate and adjust major programs and long-range planning as required.
• Monitor direct labor, budget compliance, and program costs; adjust expenditure of funds accordingly.
• Maintain liaison between RRAD and other installations to improve production and logistics.
• Ensure efficient operations through metrics such as schedule conformance and inventory control.
• Provide leadership to management and technical teams; perform other duties as assigned.
